Job Description

This role is important in managing ad operation campaigns across Malaysia as part of the regional digital marketing team. It reports directly to the APAC Regional Head of Digital Marketing Operations and involves working with the Head of Marketing, Malaysia, and the local Malaysian marketing team.

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing

  • Advise local markets on the media buy strategy and ad performance analysis with a seamless experience from budgeting, media planning, media buying to performance optimization.
  • Analyze post-campaign results and recommend refinements. Support performance analysis including identifying performance drivers, recommending an appropriate course of action, evaluating progress, and advancing if needed.
  • Coordinate the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel paid digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, Display & Social etc.

Local Marketing

  • Support local digital marketing initiatives from candidates, hirers, and app users to achieve marketing objectives and key results.
  • Support local Malaysia’s marketing teams for any ad-hoc digital marketing tasks.
  • Coordinate full regional alignment between local and regional teams.

Qualifications

Skills and experience:

Experience in consulting, marketing, and analytics, working across various fields and subject areas to manage digital media campaigns.

  • 5+ years demonstrated ability working in digital marketing, ad operation, media planning, and media technology platforms
  • A proven track record in managing very large and mixed scale of media buy campaigns
  • A good knowledge of the media and how strategy planning influences it
  • Skilled in setting up ads on digital ads platform i.e, Meta, Google.
  • Strong ad and performance analytical skills
  • Hands-on experience with a CDP, GA4, Branch.io to build and enrich customer profiles for omnichannel marketing
