About the Role

The EDI Onboarding Specialist will play a crucial role in facilitating the onboarding process for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) customers. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of EDI standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless onboarding.

What you’ll do when you get here:

  • Guide and support new EDI partners through the onboarding process.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for successful integration.
  • Ensure adherence to EDI standards and best practices during the onboarding process.
  • Work closely with IT teams to integrate EDI solutions into existing systems and applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure smooth data exchange between partners.
  • Conduct thorough testing of EDI transactions to validate accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with partners to resolve any discrepancies or issues identified during testing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for EDI partners, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on onboarding progress.

What you need to have:

  • Proven experience in EDI onboarding and integration.
  • Strong understanding of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and protocols.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and business processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools related to EDI.

What is Preferred:

  • Familiar with Orderful, Salesforce, Gsuite and TMS applications

The Salary Range for this role is between $115K - $140K year. Compensation is based on several factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
