    Als Key Account Manager - Luxury Hotel Sales (m/w/d) bist Du maßgeblich für den Aufbau und die Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu Luxushotels und deren Concierge-Teams verantwortlich. Mit Deinem Netzwerk, Deinen fundierten Marktkenntnissen und Deiner proaktiven, ergebnisorientierten Arbeitsweise identifizierst und nutzt Du Geschäftsmöglichkeiten in der Luxushotel- und Concierge-Community.     DEINE ROLLE BEI SIXT

    • Du baust starke, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu Concierges und anderen Stakeholdern in deutschen Spitzenhotels auf und pflegst diese, um sicherzustellen, dass sie stets gut über die Angebote und Dienstleistungen von SIXT informiert sind
    • Du identifizierst und sicherst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten durch Empfehlungen und Netzwerke von Concierges und verwaltest bestehende Hotel-Accounts
    • Du entwickelst und setzt Strategien um, um die Markenpräsenz innerhalb der Concierge-Gemeinschaft zu steigern und Partnerschaften aufzubauen, die kontinuierliche Einnahmen generieren
    • Du entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Vertriebsansätze, um die spezifischen Anforderungen von Hotel-Teams und Kund/innen zu erfüllen, und steuerst den gesamten Vertriebszyklus einschließlich Angeboten, Verhandlungen und Vertragsvereinbarungen
    • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Hotel (einschließlich Front Office und Verkaufsteams) zusammen, um den Concierges und ihren vermögenden Kund/innen maßgeschneiderte Angebote und außergewöhnlichen Service zu bieten
    • Du nimmst an Veranstaltungen der Luxusbranche, Verbandstreffen, Messen und Networking-Gelegenheiten teil, um die Sichtbarkeit und den Einfluss der Marke zu erhöhen

    • Ausbildung Du hast eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder ein Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen 
    • Berufserfahrung Du hast mindestens fünf Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung und zeichnest Dich durch ein professionelles und selbstsicheres Auftreten aus
    • Branchenkenntnisse Du bewegst Dich souverän und sicher im Luxus- und Eventbereich, verfügst idealerweise bereits über ein Netzwerk und verstehst die Anforderungen und Bedürfnisse dieser Zielgruppe
    • Tools Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit digitalen Tools, insbesondere Salesforce und Microsoft Office, und zeichnest Dich durch eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe für neue Systeme aus
    • Sprachen Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
