We are looking for a Product Manager-Sales CRM to join our high caliber team.

Your Role

As a Product Manager - Sales CRM, you will play a key role in shaping and developing our new Sales CRM product. You will work closely with R&D and cross-functional teams to define product requirements, analyze market trends, and ensure the successful delivery of innovative solutions.

Your Contribution to the Success of the Team

  • Define and shape the vision and strategy for the new Sales CRM product
  • Conduct market analysis, evaluate competition, and identify opportunities for differentiation
  • Collaborate with R&D to ensure bugs and new functional specifications align with business objectives and are correctly reported
  • Maintain an organized backlog of bugs and minor specifications
  • Work closely with R&D to analyze, document, and refine software specifications
  • Participate in business development activities, helping define the product’s positioning and roadmap
  • Support Agile teams in Scrum sprints, ensuring smooth execution and product delivery
  • Act as a second-level support for implementation and customer support teams
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate new features and functionalities
  • Create and maintain product documentation and training materials 

Your Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management within the IT/Business Software industry
  • Strong analytical skills to understand the market, identify customer needs, and evaluate competition
  • Ability to define business requirements and work closely with R&D for product development
  • Knowledge of business software solutions and data analysis tools
  • Experience working in Agile environments and participating in Scrum sprints
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Proactive mindset, eager to learn and take initiative in shaping a new product

Νice to have

  • Experience in CRM, Sales or ticketing systems
  • Previous involvement in SaaS product development and go-to-market strategies
  • Master’s degree is a plus
