Machine Learning Engineer II

Spring Health is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI Foundations team. This role involves building and enhancing models for precision mental health and developing the Spring AI platform.

Skills

Proficient in Python and SQL
Experience with modeling libraries like Pytorch and Scikit-Learn
Building data pipelines for models and analytics
Deploying and managing model endpoints
GenAI workflows proficiency

Responsibilities

Contribute to algorithm and dataset development for personalized member care journey
Develop data-centric product features like search and personalized recommendations
Build AI Platform to support new data products across the company
Monitor and improve deployed models

Education

Degree in a STEM, Economics, or related quantitative field
