Strategic Customer Marketing Lead
Spring Health is seeking a Strategic Customer Marketing Lead to drive unique Marketing strategies with important customers in complex categories. The role involves collaborating with key stakeholders, developing tailored strategies, and maximizing marketing channels to achieve mutual goals.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customer success, account managers, and customers to drive enrollment and ongoing utilization
- Develop tailored acquisition and engagement strategies for covered life populations
- Lead discussions with partners to co-develop ROI-positive marketing plans
- Execute marketing programs using owned channels and customer's channels
- Drive marketing experimentation roadmap for accelerated positive outcomes
- Analyze and report on impact of marketing initiatives and recommend strategies for expansion
- Develop best-in-class marketing materials and assets
- Build processes and mechanisms to benefit marketing and customer success teams
