Head of Digital Subscription Products Management (on behalf of a client)

STRADIGI on behalf of its client, a Global Digital Subscription Services Provider, is looking for a Head of Digital Subscription Products Management to lead the strategy, development, commercialization and continuous improvement of their subscription-based service. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—to create innovative product experiences that meet the evolving needs of their professional community. Your focus will be on delivering a sustainable business proposition with high-quality experience, content and features that engage and empower users to gain the insights and skills necessary for professional advancement.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Define and execute a clear product vision and strategy about the subscriptions’ product line, aligning with business objectives and user needs.
  • Develop and manage a product roadmap, prioritizing features based on market research, customer feedback, and business value.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation and launch through to continuous enhancement.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement continuous improvement cycles to refine the product based on performance metrics and user feedback.
  • Conduct market research and analyze usage and engagement data to identify trends, for all customer segments and cohorts and optimize the subscription experience.
  • Explore alternative subscription models, price points and product improvements to maximize adoption and business impact.
  • Oversee product features related to subscription models, including sign-up processes, renewals, and member engagement.
  • Lead agile product development cycles by collaborating with engineering, design, content, marketing and sales teams.
  • Serve as the key liaison between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product goals and timelines while regularly communicating product updates, strategy changes, and performance insights to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure the product remains competitive and innovative.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MSc level is preferred).
  • Extensive proven experience in digital product management (5+ years), preferably within subscription-based services or content platforms.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles and launching innovative digital products.
  • Familiarity with subscription models, CRM systems, and product analytics tools and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and user-centered design principles.
  • Exceptional stakeholder and leadership abilities, with a passion for driving product excellence.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Well organized, with a strong teamwork approach and self drive.
