Job Description:

 

  • Providing technical vision and leadership, defining strategies, architectures, and best practices.
  • Overseeing data analytics initiatives and ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Leading the development of high-performance, scalable consumer applications.
  • Offering guidance on UI/UX design principles and collaborating with designers to create engaging user experiences.
  • Building and managing a high-performance, multicultural technical team in a hybrid environment.
  • Engaging with customers to understand their requirements and provide effective technical solutions.
  • Contributing to pre-sales activities, preparing RFP/RFQ responses, and collaborating with the sales team.
  • Managing vendor relationships, evaluating and selecting technology partners, and overseeing integration.
  • Ensuring the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, enhance product quality, and boost team efficiency.
  • Fostering a culture of innovation, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Mentoring and developing team members to support their professional and technical growth.
  • Participating in technical presentations, demos, and workshops to showcase the company's capabilities.
  • Conducting regular retrospectives and gathering feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Overseeing technology infrastructure management, ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of IT systems.
  • Implementing robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and mitigate risks.
  • Leading fintech initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies to drive innovation in financial services.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong information security practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Developing and enforcing IT governance frameworks and policies to align IT operations with business objectives.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC2.
  • Collaborating with legal and compliance teams to assess and mitigate technology-related risks.
  • Staying abreast of the latest trends and best practices in technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, fintech, and information security.
  • Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement remediation plans.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams in the areas of infrastructure, security, and compliance.

 

  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, managing teams of 10 people.
  • Experience designing scalable, high-performance applications and system architectures.
  • Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, PHP, Kotlin/Java, or Swift.
  • Experience with CI/CD, code refactoring, design patterns, and secure coding.
  • Strong knowledge of Git, version control, and automated deployment processes.
  • Experience leading engineering teams of 10 people.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and align engineering with product objectives.
  • Must be in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama or Saudi nationality.
