You will be part of data engineering team for our data and analytics platforms. This role requires a mixture of hands-on strategic work and will also focus on developing Symbio’s data engineering capabilities across multiple teams. As a Data Warehouse Engineer, your role also encompasses improving data and engineering practices and adhering to our agile processes.
The Data Warehouse Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and robust data pipelines, architectures, and infrastructure to support data-driven decision-making processes. You will have a proven track record of working with large-scale data and analytics systems, and be able to collaborate effectively with business analysts, software engineers, and other stakeholders.
There is an expectation that this role is part of the teams after hours support roster (level 3), which is rotated weekly for production critical platforms. We also understand that we as a team need to do everything, we can ensure resilient and self-healing platforms and data warehouse engineer will provide the time to make sure we do.
