Overview

Are you a current or emerging PT/PTA, OT, or SLP leader with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at the Meridian Village in Glen Carbon, IL is seeking its next employee-owner. Because our Leaders also treat patients, a PT/PTA, OTR or SLP license and degree is REQUIRED for the Director of Rehab (Program Manager) role.

Responsibilities

As a Director of Rehab (Program Manager), you will be responsible for supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community. As the leader of our interdisciplinary team, you will act as a trusted partner for the client and community along with maintaining expected productivity standards. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Be a graduate of an accredited school for Therapy (PTA, PT, COTA, OT, or SLP).
  • Hold a valid state license.
  • Previous managerial experience preferred but not required.
  • It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
