Talent Worx is a growing services & recruitment consulting firm, we are hiring for our client which is a leading Big4 Consulting firm and provider of financial intelligence, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions, empowering businesses worldwide with insights for confident decision-making.   • Typical Experience: Total 4-9 years in IT with 3-6 years of experience in managing projects through the entire lifecycle. 
  • Hands on experience as Scrum Master/ Agile Project Manager for at least for 3-4 years.
  • Hands on experience in Software Life Cycle (SDLC), waterfall, hybrid and agile projects
  • Experience in using Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean Agile frameworks.
  • Experience in Project Management tools such as JIRA, ADO etc. 
  • SAFe/ CSM / PSM equivalent certification.
  • Bachelors in Engineering / MBA. 
  • PMP® certification, Agile or SAFe certification preferred. 
  • The experience in applying a wide variety of well-documented patterns and techniques to enhance the Scrum approach (e.g. Estimation Techniques, progress visualization techniques, retrospective formats, approaches for handling bugs, etc.). 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
