We are looking for an experienced SDR Manager to build and lead a high-performing Sales Development team that consistently delivers a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. As a player-coach, you will balance hands-on prospecting with strategic leadership, developing a best-in-class SDR function. You will implement proven processes, leverage cutting-edge sales technologies (including GenAI), and collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership to optimize pipeline generation. As the Sales Development Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in building and leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who are tasked with generating qualified sales opportunities. We want a player-coach who thrives in both strategic leadership and hands-on prospecting to establish a best-in-class SDR function. Your responsibilities will include recruiting and training a talented team, driving pipeline growth through optimized outreach strategies, and utilizing cutting-edge sales technologies, including GenAI. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to align messaging and refine the lead-to-opportunity process. With a base salary range of $104,300 - $140,700 for California and New York, the total on-target annual earnings can reach up to $201,000, alongside competitive equity and comprehensive benefits.
