✔️ Experience: 2+ years [Independent Agency] or 5+ years [Captive Agency] in personal lines insurance (auto, home, umbrella).✔️ License Required: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (yep, gotta be official!).✔️ People Person: Strong communicator who can turn complex insurance lingo into easy-to-understand solutions.✔️ Tech-Savvy: Familiar with insurance software (Hawksoft, EZLynx, Applied Epic) & Microsoft Office Suite.✔️ Detail-Oriented & Organized: You love crossing your T’s and dotting your I’s—no missed details here!
