What you may not know is that our IT team skillfully supports a global $3.4 billion public company with over 300 full-service restaurants and more than 47,500 total staff members.As a Telecom Coordinator at The Cheesecake Factory, you will be a crucial part of our team, supporting our restaurant technology infrastructure. Your main responsibilities will include ordering and managing the installation of voice and data circuits with third-party vendors, troubleshooting voice and data issues, and maintaining and supporting PBX and video conference systems.You will also assist with our Technology Lifecycle Program (TLP), handling project management tasks, building and configuring restaurant servers and workstations, and providing support during and after deployment. We are seeking a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to our technology initiatives.You’ll Thrive In This Position If You Are• Connector of Communication - By collaborating with various vendors and internal teams, you ensure seamless installation and management of voice and data circuits, keeping our restaurants connected and operational.• Tech Troubleshooter - Whether it’s resolving voice/data issues or fine-tuning PBX systems, you thrive on troubleshooting and optimizing to maintain uninterrupted service.• Master Organizer - Demonstrating exceptional project management and organizational skills, you keep projects on track from initiation through completion.• Effective Communicator - With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.Here’s more of what you’ll get to do:• Ordering and Installation of Data and Voice Circuits: Coordinate the ordering and installation of public and private data circuits with third-party vendors to support restaurant connectivity needs. Manage the process from start to finish and keep key stakeholders updated on the status.• Data & Voice Break Fixes: Quickly address and resolve data and voice issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth restaurant operations.• PBX Maintenance & Support: Administer and maintain PBX systems to ensure they perform optimally.• Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on application, operational, and infrastructural changes to maintain transparency and compliance.What We Require• Subject matter expertise in ordering and supporting data, voice, and PBX.• Strong project management and organizational skills.• Basic understanding of hardware components and troubleshooting.• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technology requirements.What We Prefer• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.About The CompanyRecognized as a Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® since 2014, The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is a global $3.3 billion public company with 47,500 staff members across more than 300 casual dining restaurants, including The Cheesecake Factory, North Italia, Grand Lux Cafe, Social Monk, and Fox Restaurant Concepts.
