TREDS (Trade Receivable Discounting System) Ltd, a joint venture between Axis Bank and B2B e-commerce company m junction. It is a platform which connects MSME suppliers (sellers) and their corporate buyers to multiple financiers. This platform enables discounting of invoices of the MSME sellers against large buyers who are in the ERP system, through a transparent auction mechanism that ensures assertion of the billing at competitive market rates.

Talworx is excited to offer an opportunity for an O365 / M365 Admin L2 to join our client, a leading fintech product company that specializes in digital invoice discounting through a unique platform by A. TREDS Ltd, a collaboration of Axis Bank and the B2B e-commerce leader, m junction. This role is perfect for someone with over 6 years of hands-on experience in Office 365 administration who is ready to tackle challenges with excellent problem-solving skills. As the O365 / M365 Admin L2, you'll manage and maintain our client's on-premises Active Directory, tackle user and group management in Microsoft 365, and perfectly align license assignments with organizational policy using both GUI and PowerShell. Your everyday tasks will include aiding users through service desk support, maintaining high service availability across all Office 365 applications, and proactively monitoring service health. You’ll also write and maintain support documentation while fostering end-user training to ensure they get the most out of the Office 365 suite. This position requires a keen understanding of security and compliance features within Office 365. If you're adept at troubleshooting, eager to collaborate with IT teams, and passionate about helping users thrive with technology, this might be the perfect fit for you.
