Talworx is an emerging recruitment consulting and services firm we are hiring for our Fintech Product based client which is a digital invoice discounting platform by A. TREDS (Trade Receivable Discounting System) Ltd, a joint venture between Axis Bank and B2B e-commerce company m junction. It is a platform which connects MSME suppliers (sellers) and their corporate buyers to multiple financiers. This platform enables discounting of invoices of the MSME sellers against large buyers who are in the ERP system, through a transparent auction mechanism that ensures assertion of the billing at competitive market rates.

Experience: 6+ years of proven working experience with Office 365 administration and problem solving.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: . Good knowledge on ADFS,ADFS Proxy, AAD Connect, Exchange SMTP & SMTP Relay server s behaviors troubleshooting skills for server issues

What you’ll do

  • L2 level on managing maintaining on-premises Active Directory
  • Manage to Users & Groups on Microsoft 365 through GUI as well as PowerShell.
  • Understanding & managing all licenses as per an Organization policy based on user s grade & assigning licenses through GUI as well as Windows PowerShell.
  • Manage Retention policy, Retention Tag, set mail sent & receive restriction for bulk users, export message trace report & skill to examine it.
  • End user support/Service Desk Support / Work ticket queue daily.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills & complex support issues
  • Support Desktop and mobile devices, Remote support
  • Create support articles and maintain overall KB.
  • Contact users for follow ups and additional detail as needed
  • Respond to escalations and high priority request and issues
  • Write and executive knowledge on custom scripts (PowerShell) to remediate issues to support users
  • Knowledge on security & compliance on Office 365. Investigate skill on different Audit logs
  • Good knowledge on ADFS, ADFS Proxy, AAD Connect, Exchange SMTP & SMTP Relay server s behaviors troubleshooting skills for server issues.
  • Basic knowledge on Azure Active Directory IAM & RBAC.
  • Technical ability to troubleshoot and solve issues.
  • Expert skills in managing and administering Office 365 user provisioning / deprovisioning, permissions, access, etc.
  • Have good understanding of Mobile Messaging Technologies: Exchange Active Sync Iphone, iPAD, Android
  • Technical ability to troubleshoot and solve issues.
  • Excellent customer service skills &Meet defined deadlines
  • Ability to work as a team & work flexible hours and be on-call
  • Ability to communicate a clear and concise status
  • Must be an independent problem solver with troubleshooting, decision making and analytical skills
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Entra connect for on-premises identity synchronization with Azure ADand SSO.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills on AD and Office 365.
  • PowerShell scripting skills for various Office 365 admin tasks and reporting.
  • eDiscovery to advance mailbox search.
  • Basic knowledge on Azure information protection.
  • on-premises Exchange server hybrid with Office 365.
  • Basic knowledge on various antispam and mail flow.
  • Advanced knowledge on Autodiscover, SPF, DKIM, public DNS management.
  • Knowledge on other Office 365 options like conditional access policies, Application SSO etc.
  • Managing and Configuring our Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Share Point Online, Teams and host of other products provided by Microsoft.
  • Candidate will be responsible for managing user accounts, permissions, and security configuration of our Office 365 instance.
  • Maintain a high level of availability for all Office 365 services, including email, Share Point, OneDrive, and Team.
  • Monitor the service health and performance of Office 365 and all its products and take proactive measures to prevent or mitigate issues.
  • Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions in accordance with company policies.
  • Configure and manage security settings and compliance features to protect data and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Perform regular backups of data and systems and develop and test disaster recovery plans.
  • Stay updated on new features and capabilities, and plan and execute upgrades and migrations as needed.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Write and maintain documentation for procedures, processes, and configurations.
  • Train and support end users on the use of Office 365 applications and features.
  • Conduct research and make recommendations on new products and solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor trends and developments in the Office 365 ecosystem and keep abreast of changes in the competitive landscape.

Education:

  • Position requires a bachelor s degree and any sales or marketing experience. Experience of social leadership or intra college leadership will be a plus point.
