As a Permanent Placement recruiter, you will be responsible for the development and growth of a client base through strategic sales activity. This includes developing relationships with key hiring managers, negotiating business terms, as well as the development of job postings, sourcing/identifying qualified candidates, presenting candidates to clients, and managing the client and candidates through the entire hiring process.Job Responsibilities• Source and screen top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools and social media• Build relationships with top candidates, conduct professional interviews via phone, video and in-person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions with our clients• Research, market and effectively present our services to new and existing clients• Identify new business and develop relationships with key client hiring managers and senior executives• Developing job postings, searching/screening/identifying qualified candidates, presenting candidates to clients, and managing the client and candidates through the entire hiring process.• Expand and maintain existing client base, maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective business and secure qualified opportunitiesMinimum Requirements• A desire to build a career in Recruiting, Sales, Business Development, or Account Management• 2+ years in a Sales, Business Development, Account Manager or Recruiter role• Proven sales track record – Account Manager / Business Development• Energetic, competitive, confident, persistent, organized, commission-oriented/money motivated and strong desire to succeed• Bachelor’s degree preferredBenefits• Competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and bonus with six figure earning potential• 401K match• Generous client entertainment allowance• Cell phone reimbursement and mileage reimbursement• Annual incentive trips to exclusive vacation resorts• Quarterly sales contests/incentives
