Vice President of Sales, Corporates AEM

Our Sales function is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Sales to join the Corporates leadership team. This leader will report to the Managing Director of Asia & Emerging Markets, lead a team of 30+ sales professionals, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing sales strategy, and fostering a customer-centric culture across Asia, ANZ, and emerging markets (Middle East, Russia, Africa). About the Role

In this opportunity as Vice President of Sales, Corporates you will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and increase market share in Asia, ANZ, and emerging markets.
  • Lead and direct Sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a results-driven culture and providing financial and commercial leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches and market expansion.
  • Drive customer-centric decisions, prioritizing investments that drive customer value and satisfaction, and fostering strong executive-level relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, understanding the geographical, market, customer, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture, leading and inspiring a diverse team, and fostering an environment of inclusion and excellence.
  • Influence strategic decisions as a key member of the Asia and Emerging Markets leadership team, contributing to the development of disruptive solutions and go-to-market strategies.

About You

You are a fit for the Vice President of Sales, Corporates if you possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Extensive experience in sales leadership roles within large enterprise software organizations, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Strategic view of the Asia & Emerging Markets landscape, including customer and competitive dynamics. Strong understanding within SEA and India is a must, others will be advantageous.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with experience in building high-performance teams, and ability to cultivate a high-energy, high-performance culture within the sales teams.
  • Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment, valuing diversity and collaboration, with experience working in highly matrixed environments and strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to create rigor and discipline in each stage of the sales cycle, with operational and commercial management expertise, and experience in driving pipeline, conversion, and closure across markets.
  • Strong relationships with large enterprise corporations across the region, with experience selling SaaS solutions to CFO, CIO, and CTO groups.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills, with ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth and market expansion.
