Wealth Management Strategy Associate
The Wealth Management Strategy team (WM Strategy) partners with senior Wealth leadership as a trusted advisor to solve their most critical strategic and operating model issues. The team follows a hypothesis driven, fact-based approach to problem solving. The opportunity to solve critical business problems, coupled with the team's diversity of perspectives and background distinguishes the WM Strategy team from other areas of the firm. The Wealth Management Strategy Associate helps to drive key projects forward, executing detailed analyses and developing comprehensive presentations related to strategic planning, business improvement, and other internal consulting initiatives. Associates work closely with Senior Directors and MDs on the team in conducting research, and can expect to work extensively with other colleagues across Wealth including distribution, product, finance, risk, operations and technology. The Associate is expected to craft and help present recommendations to senior leadership and have opportunities for senior management interaction.

Preferred Qualifications:
1-3 years in consulting with a top-tier management consulting firm or an internal consulting / corporate strategy team, or equivalent experience in wealth management industry
Strong problem-solving skills as well as client management and executive-level communication skills
Ability to take ownership of tasks to organize and manage most elements of an entire workstream
BA/BS from top-tier program preferred
Financial services background preferred but not mandatory
Anticipated Posting End Date:
2025-04-10Base Pay Range: $134,400/yr. - $175,000/yr.Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
