We’re seeking a Performance Content Creator/Director to craft compelling and high-converting direct-response content that builds brand awareness, engages the audience, and positions the company as the leader in luxury laundry care. This role will focus on content creation, social media strategy, UGC / influencer partnerships, and digital storytelling. You’ll report directly to the VP of Marketing and play a key role in shaping the company’s voice in the digital space.

What You'll Do
  • Content Creation:          
  • Develop engaging photo, video, and written content that aligns with the brand’s identity.           
  • Concept, produce, shoot, and edit brand content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more.           
  • Film, style, and direct product shoots—whether with in-house talent, creators, or solo.                 
  • Source raw content from creators.                  
  • Edit and transform raw footage into seamless, compelling, short-form video using platform-native techniques such as jump cuts, CapCut-style FX, text overlays, etc.           
  • Think like a creator—your content should feel organic, engaging, and built to perform.           
  • Work hands-on with products, props, and simple set styling to create visually compelling assets.                    
  • Manage tight deadlines and fast turnarounds, ensuring high-quality content delivery without sacrificing creativity.               
  • Creative Direction & Strategy:                  
  • Help shape the company's digital footprint.                    
  • Support content development from ideation to execution, including shot lists, mood boards, and storyboarding.                    
  • Stay current - know what’s new and what’s next for timely, relevant content.             
  • Collaborate with strategists, designers, copywriters, and influencer teams to ensure content aligns with brand goals.                
  • Assist with storytelling for email campaigns, product launches, and website updates.              


What You Need
  • 2+ years in content creation, direct response ads, social media management, or digital marketing—ideally in beauty, lifestyle, or luxury brands.               
  • Contacts: Have a diverse list of contacts/UGC creators in the space who can quickly create high-quality content with your direction.                   
  • Trend-Obsessed: Always ahead of the latest social media trends, viral moments, and digital best practices. Experience working with creators and influencers is a plus.                     
  • Creative Eye: Strong aesthetic sense for photography, videography (including shooting and directing short-form video content.                      
  • Strong video / graphic editing skills: Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing.                      
  • Copywriting Skills: Ability to write compelling and on-brand captions, advertising, and campaign copy.                     
  • Self-Starter: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings fresh ideas to the table. Ability to pivot quickly, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple projects at once.     


Salary & Perks
  • Location: Santa Monica, CA.               
  • Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 / Year.                
  • This is a full-time, long-term position.                      
  • The position is immediately available.               
  • Hybrid -  2-3 days in the Santa Monica office.                   
  • Monday through Friday.
