Your mission

We are seeking an experienced Industry Expert specializing in the Financial Services sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, including current trends, regulations, and best practices. This role will be instrumental in providing strategic insights, guiding decision-making processes, and enhancing our company's position within the financial services market.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to sell and implement industry-specific solutions and strategies.

  • Work jointly with the core enterprise key account executives to win the top decision makers mindshare.

  • Develop positive business cases which support financial institutions positive business outcomes.

  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to senior leadership on strategic initiatives and business development opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.

  • Create and deliver presentations, reports, and whitepapers on financial services topics for both internal and external audiences.

  • Stay up to date with regulatory changes and compliance requirements in the financial services industry.

  • Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and forums as a thought leader.

  • Mentor and guide team members on industry-specific knowledge and best practices.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a proven track record of success.

  • In-depth knowledge of various financial services sectors, including banking, insurance, wealth management, and fintech.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the financial services industry.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.

  • Experience in consulting or advisory roles within the financial services sector is a plus.
