In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in monitoring, analyzing, and forecasting the financial outcomes of various construction projects within our district. You'll work closely with a passionate team of industry experts, providing valuable insights and recommendations that drive financial performance and efficiency. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing cost analysis, tracking project costs and revenue, and forecasting final outcomes. You'll assist with project budgeting and monthly forecasting in our company-supported cost control software, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of financial information. Furthermore, you’ll also support the integration of our systems for monitoring costs and manage the close-out procedures by validating final revenue. We’re looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field, along with at least 8 years of experience in construction cost control or project engineering.
