As the RN Nurse Shift Manager at Dignity Health - California Hospital Medical Center, you will supervise the nursing staff on your shift, assigning patients to nurses based on their skill levels and the patients' conditions. You'll also be responsible for assessing and educating nursing staff on patient care and ensuring emergency procedures are followed when necessary.

To qualify for the RN Nurse Shift Manager role at Dignity Health, you need an Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) and a minimum of two years of clinical experience as a registered nurse. Additionally, you must hold a valid Registered Nursing License (RN) in California and current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
