As a Client Care Consultant at our dynamic Miami office, you will be at the forefront of optimizing client relationships and channel strategies for our organization. Your expertise will allow you to build and maintain strong partnerships with Visa Client Care organizations, acting as a trusted advisor who offers brilliant insights and recommendations for channel improvement. You’ll have the opportunity to design and implement effective strategies that enhance client satisfaction while also monitoring performance metrics to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your role will blend project management with collaboration, allowing you to lead multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating seamlessly with our talented internal teams and stakeholders. From chairing meetings for new business requests to validating deployment processes, your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively will be key to your success. You’ll partner with various teams, including marketing and sales, to identify risks and escalate issues when necessary, all while providing insightful thought leadership. Additionally, in this hybrid position, you will have the flexibility to work both in-office and remotely, making it easier to balance your work and personal life.
