Visa USA Inc., a dynamic company under the Visa Inc. umbrella, is on the lookout for talented Design Research Analysts to join their innovative team in New York, NY. In this role, you'll immerse yourself in the world of user research, working closely with Visa Product partners to conduct generative and iterative studies that inform product design. Your responsibilities will range from providing consultancy and strategic direction to executing various research methods, including heuristic reviews and user interviews. You’ll also run design thinking workshops, perform usability testing, and utilize both remote and in-person research tools. Synthesis is key in this role; you’ll be creating high-quality deliverables like research insights, personas, journey maps, and user flows that support product development. Communicating findings effectively with stakeholders is crucial, as your insights will help shape important product decisions. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with other researchers and designers, sharing your processes and findings to drive a collective understanding. While the position is based out of the New York office, there is flexibility with partial telecommuting, and although it may require up to 5% domestic travel, your main focus will be on leading research initiatives that enhance user experiences.
