Simulator Software Engineering Intern

Job Summary

Work as part of a team to provide Simulator engineering support to ensure reliability, availability, efficiency, and functionality of all equipment, processes and projects.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

•Identify and understand the components of the existing simulation systems.

•Extend functionality, debugging and high-quality code delivery within software platforms.

•Will be assigned various engineering projects. 

•Comply with safety policy and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

•Possess the ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment

• All other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

•Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

•Must be currently enrolled in a 4-year institution of higher education and pursuing a Bachelor of Science or Master’s Degree in one of our desired engineering disciplines.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Access desired

•Proficient in AutoCAD or similar systems

•Excellent verbal & written communication skills; presentation skills desired

•Official transcripts must be received from your school prior to start date

•Must be in good academic standing with your school 

Our Intern will have the unique experience of getting both mentoring and coaching while working side by side with recognized industry experts on real-world assignments directly related Nuclear Simulator Software Engineering.
