Position Overview

We’re hiring a Technical Growth & Partnerships Manager to support cross-functional technical initiatives, help grow strategic partnerships, and champion the smart adoption of new technologies—both for our clients and internally. You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping how we bring technology-driven value to the table, with a strong focus on SEO, systems, and scalable process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Technical Project Support & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and development teams to support the execution of technical marketing solutions
  • Help scope and manage smaller-scale digital projects or technical components within larger initiatives
  • Translate functional requirements into actionable development plans with clear documentation

🔹 SEO & Digital Infrastructure

  • Support technical SEO efforts—site audits, recommendations, tracking, and implementation guidance
  • Partner with designers and developers to ensure SEO best practices are baked into new web builds
  • Assist with scalable, technology-driven performance monitoring and SEO reporting

🔹 Strategic Partnership Support

  • Manage and nurture communication with platform and technology partners
  • Help coordinate partner certifications, co-marketing efforts, and resource sharing
  • Research and evaluate new tools, platforms, and potential partners

🔹 Internal Tools & AI Enablement

  • Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows with automation and AI-powered tools
  • Pilot and document usage of new technologies, sharing findings with the broader team
  • Collaborate with team leads to implement productivity-enhancing tools

Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience in a hybrid role spanning technical project coordination and/or digital strategy
  • Familiarity with modern CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow, Shopify, WordPress)
  • Working knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console)
  • Curiosity and baseline familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, Zapier, etc.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
  • Comfort working in a collaborative, agency-style environment
