They are expanding rapidly along the Florida Emerald Coast and are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support that growth.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition• Lead full-cycle recruiting for field and office positions• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs• Build partnerships with trade schools, veterans' programs, and community resourcesEmployee Relations & Culture• Foster a positive, engaging workplace culture aligned with company values• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership• Manage performance issues and employee concernsCompliance & HR Administration• Ensure compliance with federal and Florida labor laws• Maintain accurate employee records and HR policies• Support onboarding, orientation, and training initiativesPerformance Management• Oversee performance review processes and development plans• Assist in coaching supervisors and supporting employee growthBenefits & Payroll• Manage benefits enrollment and coordinate with payroll providers• Evaluate compensation structures to maintain market competitivenessHR Systems & Reporting• Maintain HRIS systems and generate reports as needed• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processesQualifications• 3-5+ years of HR experience, ideally in construction, restoration, or similar industries• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (SHRM/PHR certification a plus)• Strong knowledge of Florida labor laws• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms (e.g., ADP, Gusto, Paychex)• High level of discretion and integrityCompensation & Benefits• Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 (based on experience)• Performance-based bonuses• Health insurance and retirement plan• Paid time off and holidays• Opportunities for professional growth and development• Supportive, collaborative team environment• The chance to make a meaningful impact in the local community
