Key Responsibilities

Architect and scale our core technology, working with massive datasets.
Design and develop high-performance backend and frontend systems.
Establish engineering culture, best practices, and coding standards to ensure long-term scalability.
Lead technical decision-making, influencing architecture and system design.
Recruit, mentor, and grow the engineering team as we scale.
Work across the stack, including backend, frontend, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and develop better solutions.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in high-scale systems.
Proficiency in backend and frontend technologies (e.g., Python, Node.js, React).
Experience with big data, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate unstructured environments.
Passion for startups, with the ability to wear multiple hats in a fast-moving environment.
Bonus: Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or data-heavy applications.
