What We're Looking For

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to enhance and scale our Paid Social channels, with a focus on Meta and/or TikTok. This individual will leverage data insights on how to use the platform efficiently and drive strategic decisions in user acquisition, optimizing campaign performance, maximizing ROI and other metrics.

Challenges you’ll meet:

  • Lead complex analysis of paid social channels (Such as Facebook and Instagram) and provide actionable insights on campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.

  • Identify opportunities to improve performance of campaigns by improving ad targeting, creative performance, budget allocation through data analysis.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to provide recommendations on audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and ad placements.

  • Create dashboards and reports, define key metrics and monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported

  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion

  • Design and execute A/B tests to enhance user engagement, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness

Your professional qualities:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.

  • Strong knowledge of Meta or TikTok infrastructure and Meta Pixel.

  • Strong knowledge of SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis and desirable experience with visualization tools such as Looker/Tableau/etc

  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills and the ability to clearly articulate approach, process, and results

  • Able to communicate effectively in English.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Appsflyer, Adjust, GA, Firebase, SKAdNetwork

  • Knowledge of Python (numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, etc.)

  • Knowledge of data design/ data modeling
