About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Associate with hands-on experience in digital advertising across major media platforms. This role requires expertise in campaign execution, performance optimization, and analytics, as well as a strategic mindset for testing and scaling new marketing channels. If you have experience in Looker and offline marketing (direct mail, out-of-home), that’s a huge plus!

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Spotify Ad Studio, Pandora, Snapchat, and other digital platforms.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using platform analytics and generate actionable insights.

  • Work closely with the data team to pull and interpret reports from Looker (bonus).

  • Develop and test strategies for offline marketing, including direct mail and out-of-home other out-of-home advertising.

  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in digital advertising, platform updates, and industry best practices.

The experience you have

  • 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, digital media buying, or related fields.

  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Spotify Ad Studio, Pandora, Snapchat Ads (experience in all is ideal, but at least familiarity with several is required).

  • Strong understanding of analytics and campaign measurement; familiarity with Looker is a plus.

  • Experience in offline marketing (direct mail, OOH) is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and PowerPoint (reporting, presentations).

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.

Base Salary: $88,000
