About us

We’re Xelix, an AI-powered Control Centre for Accounts Payable teams. We work with some of the largest global companies to automate and enhance their financial control processes. At the heart of our product, we leverage machine learning techniques developed by our AI Engineering team to provide a more sophisticated offering than existing solutions.

Things are going really well for us - we raised our Series A funding round from top investors, we’ve grown our team to over 90, and we’ve won industry awards for our products.

About the role

We are now looking for a driven Product Manager - this is an exciting opportunity to build amazing products with a Product team focused on creating measurable value while leveraging AI and ML.

What you'll be doing

  • This is a strategic and rewarding role that will work cross-functionally with customers, other product, and tech teams to ensure we deliver measurable value to our customers and for the business.

  • This role will work closely with our AI Engineering team developing Machine Learning and AI solutions to create great experiences for our customers.

  • You will use research, interviews and analysis to work with stakeholders, customers and other teams to discover the needs and opportunities to generate value for customers.

  • You’ll work with engineers, design and stakeholders to define, ideate, test and validate solutions that will ensure customers can achieve their outcomes.

  • Working with a cross-functional squad support the iterative delivery of solutions and ensures feedback is collected and understood y early adopters.

  • Working closely with marketing and customer success to ensure the adoption and understanding of new features with customers. Working with customer facing teams to ensure that teams are confident and empowered to sell, support and push adoption.

  • Post-launch you are tracking the data and feedback to understanding when features have successfully created the value and impact.

What you’ll bring

  • You have spent 3+ years building incredible product experiences for B2B SaaS customers.

  • Outcome-focused; you don't want to work in a feature factory, instead, you want to create measurable change and value for your customers.

  • Consistently encourage a collaborative space, working effectively with a diverse group of people and customers.

  • Energized by fast-paced, startup environments, comfortable handling ambiguity. You have growth mindset and look for opportunities to thrive and grow.

  • Ability to conceptualize, manage and prioritize multiple projects with varying stakeholders.

  • Work in a complex product area using analytical problem-solving skills to make decisions.

  • Be simultaneously detail obsessed, and able to zoom out and drive towards big picture strategic outcomes.

💰 Competitive salary of £55,000.00 - £70,000.00 depending on experience
