Xello is seeking an Employer Liaison to foster partnerships with employers in New Hampshire for work-based learning initiatives, requiring strong interpersonal and strategic planning skills.
Responsibilities: Engage employers in New Hampshire to promote work-based learning, build relationships, and support their involvement, while collaborating with internal teams to refine recruitment strategies.
Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, 2+ years in sales or outreach, strong relationship-building abilities, organizational skills, and proficiency in CRM systems.
Qualifications: Prefer candidates with experience in establishing employer advisory councils and a proven track record in client success.
Location: Remote in New Hampshire, USA.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $55,000 - $75,000.

Working with various teams in Xello and partner organizations, you’ll encourage employers in New Hampshire to participate in work-based learning (WBL) programs with school districts. You will reach out to businesses and industry organizations to articulate the value of work-based learning for the community, and ensure employer needs are being met.
