As Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager , you will be responsible for shaping and driving Zooplus' global compensation strategy. You will ensure that our pay structures remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with our evolving business needs. This role plays a key part in developing and implementing a transparent and data-driven approach to rewards, supporting both employee engagement and business performance.
