Inside Sales - Rental Equipment

Are you a friendly and outgoing individual with a knack for sales? Join our team at 1 Resource Group as an Inside Sales Representative for our Rental Equipment client in Beaumont, TX! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers looking to rent equipment, and your mission will be to provide exceptional service while meeting their needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist customers with inquiries about rental equipment, guiding them through the selection process.
  • Provide quotes and ensure an accurate order process including rental contracts, pricing, and availability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers to maximize repeat business.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of equipment.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback with a positive attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and equipment to provide informed recommendations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in inside sales, preferably in rental equipment or related industries.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Requirements:
