Your Role

As a UX Designer, you will work as part of a client team, focusing on creating user-friendly, intuitive digital experiences. Your role involves translating business goals and user needs into engaging designs, ensuring a seamless experience across platforms. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders, driving user-centered solutions that make an impact. 

More specifically, you will:

  • Conduct user research to understand business objectives and customer needs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes and UX flows, that effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a user-centric approach in decision-making.
  • Refine and iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing and business insights.
  • Develop customer journey maps and personas to support data-driven design decisions.
  • Advocate for accessibility, usability, and human-centered design principles.
  • Work within the client’s design and development framework, supporting product enhancements.
  • Present and justify UX decisions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with user needs.

Your qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UX Design, preferably within a consulting or product environment.
  • Proficiency in UX research and design tools, such as Figma, Miro, Axure, or similar.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design, user flows, and information architecture.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UX case studies, research methodologies, and problem-solving.
  • Experience in enterprise software UX, SaaS, or data-driven applications will be beneficial.
  • Good knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods and their application in UX, as well as familiarity with behavioral analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies will be an asset
  • Ability to work effectively with product teams, engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present research and design concepts clearly.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction or a related field.
