Director, Partner Marketing Growth

As ActiveCampaign’s Director, Partner Marketing Growth, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth through ActiveCampaign’s partner marketing programs. You’ll manage partner marketing and work closely with our channel sales team to drive both acquisition of new partners and growth in existing partner relationships. ActiveCampaign has a large solutions partner and affiliate ecosystem, and is looking to expand and modernize these programs; you’ll also have the opportunity to help shape a critical, company-level strategic initiative.  


What your day could consist of:
  • Collaborate with the channel revenue team to acquire and grow solutions partners with top-line revenue acceleration as the primary goal
  • Develop ActiveCampaign’s comprehensive to, with, and through partner strategies
  • Coordinate assets and programs to grow revenue from existing ActiveCampaign partners, including MDF, whitelabel content, private events, and to/with/through marketing  
  • Bring ActiveCampaign’s partner programs to market, managing acquisition of new partners across partner programs (in collaboration with sales teams)
  • Manage and grow ActiveCampaign’s affiliate program, inclusive of traditional affiliate partnerships and content creator partnerships
  • Partner with content creator affiliates to create and distribute sponsored content across their channels, in collaboration with other marketing functions
  • Monitor and report on performance of ActiveCampaign’s affiliate and content creator programs


What is needed:
  • 12+ years of marketing experience, including 4+ years as a partner marketing leader and a clear track record managing partner and affiliate programs. 
  • Experience with SaaS partner programs is required 
  • Experience managing partner marketing programs, including partner events, partner enablement, and MDF
  • Experience with content creator partnerships is preferred
  • Expert communication skills, spanning collaboration with internal teams and ability to interface with and build relationships with partners
  • Revenue-oriented, with the objective of driving growth through strong relationships across multiple types of partner programs


$184,500 - $225,500 a year
Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base rate only and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
