About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented Events Manager to execute our event strategy across owned, digital, and industry events. This hands-on, execution-focused role partners with agencies and internal teams to ensure events run smoothly and deliver impact.

You’ll manage logistics, oversee budgets, coordinate with sales and marketing, and support the execution of event marketing and promotion. From prepping speakers and sellers to managing on-site operations and post-event reporting, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to get things done.

What You'll Do

  • Work with external agency partners to manage logistics and execute event experiences for owned and third-party events
  • Oversee event operations including timelines, budget tracking, asset creation, booth logistics, shipping, and on-the-ground support
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product marketing teams to manage event promotion, including website updates, registration pages, email campaigns, and social media posts
  • Support internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Executives) with event prep—briefings, schedules, and day-of coordination
  • Upload and maintain attendee lists and ensure tight coordination with Sales and Marketing for pre- and post-event outreach
  • Travel 2–3 times per year for on-site event execution and support
  • Track and report on event performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI

Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event execution and/or marketing operations
  • Experience managing logistics, agency relationships, and cross-functional marketing initiatives
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills
  • Proactive, hardworking, and resourceful — you take ownership and make things happen
  • Able to influence and lead without authority, working effectively across teams and levels
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working across stakeholders and timelines
  • Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, and project management platforms (e.g. Monday.com)
