AdvisaCare Home Health and Hospice is looking for a part time/per diem, compassionate MSW (Masters of Social Work) to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI and surrounding areas with our Troy location being your Parent Agency. AdvisCare is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our patients and the families we serve. If you are passionate about enhancing the lives of patients with life limiting illness, then we are a fit for you!

  • MSW degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE)
  • One year of experience in Home Health Care or Hospice preferred
