Summary:

We are looking for a data-driven Analyst with a growth mindset to help shape and execute our evolving SEO strategy. Reporting to the Head of SEO and working closely with the Content and Product teams, you will bridge the gap between technical SEO, data analytics, and product optimization. This role requires someone who is curious, adaptable, and always looking for innovative ways to drive organic growth, enhance user engagement, and leverage data engineering to create scalable solutions.

 

You will develop and analyze key performance metrics, conduct A/B and multivariate testing, and implement technical SEO best practices to improve search performance, user retention, and conversion rates. Additionally, you will build and maintain ETL pipelines, integrate multiple data sources, and provide real-time insights to inform strategic decisions. We are looking for someone who embraces experimentation, continuously iterates on SEO strategies, and proactively seeks opportunities to optimize and scale impact.


Responsibilities:
  • Analytics:
  • Partner with stakeholders to optimize customer journeys, subscription flows, and engagement metrics.
  • Drive A/B and multivariate testing initiatives across desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to measure product success and growth globally.
  • Analyze user behavior and product performance, translating findings into actionable insights.
  • Design real-time dashboards and visualizations to empower teams with critical data.
  • SEO Integration:
  • Conduct keyword research and intent mapping to align product and content strategies with user needs.
  • Develop technical SEO strategies, including structured data implementation and site architecture optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze organic search performance, leveraging tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Search Console.
  • Design and implement SEO-focused A/B tests to enhance user experience and conversions.
  • Stay informed on search engine algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Data Engineering & Reporting:
  • Build and maintain ETL pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources into dashboards.
  • Utilize APIs for data extraction, enabling real-time SEO and product analysis.
  • Perform statistical analyses and predictive modeling to support traffic and revenue forecasts.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of driving organic growth.
  • Experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines and working with APIs for data extraction and integration.
  • Must have a strong growth mindset and a passion for SEO, with a willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
  • Expertise in predictive modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and CRO frameworks.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Deep understanding of technical SEO, keyword intent mapping, and content optimization.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in SEO is preferred, but a strong growth mindset and the ability to learn and adapt are essential.
  • Advanced knowledge of schema markup and structured data.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools like ChatGPT for content optimization and trend prediction.
  • Certification in SEO, Google Analytics, or related fields.
  • Experience managing SEO for large-scale or content-heavy websites.


Total Compensation:

The estimated salary range for a new hire in this position is $80,000 USD to $115,000 USD. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location.


Age of Learning currently provides:
