Director, Growth Development (Remote)

Aledade is actively seeking a Director of Growth Development to support Aledade’s rapid growth strategy. In this position you will report to the VP of Growth Operations within Aledade’s Growth team and work closely with our Network Development (Sales) and Marketing teams to drive our organizational goals.


We are flexible with geographic location—the ideal candidate can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or from our headquarters in Bethesda, MD.




Primary Duties:
  • Directly manage 3-5 Managers with a team of 20-25 GDRs under them to drive, develop and implement account-based marketing strategies and campaigns that drive results across the Growth team in pursuit of our Sales goals.
  • Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed goals linked to company and growth team outcomes and priorities. Providing input on the organization design/regional alignment, and team allocation to achieve the required results.
  • Cultivate and retain top-tier front-line sales development managers, focusing on enhancing their leadership and sales skills, encompassing coaching, development, forecasting, prospecting, and other essential competencies, all while maintaining individual commitment to goals.
  • Collaborates/ works closely in partnership with the VP of Growth Operations and VP of Network Development and other key stakeholders in Growth in the development and execution of our go-to-market strategy to ensure attainment of our Growth targets.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify and update processes, systems, and metrics, streamlining the inbound and outbound lead-to-opportunity process for improved speed, accuracy, and effectiveness. Offer data-driven recommendations for ongoing enhancements to our revenue generation engine and productivity. Continuously refine and implement processes and strategies that maximize efficiency and productivity, guided by accurate data and data integrity.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, or a related field
  • 12+ years progressive, relevant work experience or sales experience preferably in healthcare/technology sales
  • 8+ years in leadership roles overseeing SDR teams or Inside Sales teams in a B2B environment


Preferred knowledge, skills, and/or abilities:
  • Proficient in utilizing sales stack tools such as Salesforce (Lightening), Outreach.io, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Calendly
  • Highly preferred experience working in value-based care 
  • Exhibits a successful history of achieving measurable results and excels in fast-paced startup environments, displaying agility, strategic thinking and exceptional tactical execution
  • Extensive background in sales, with substantial software and healthcare experience in SaaS, Sales and CRM
  • Possesses a data-driven mindset, capable of analyzing data, identifying trends, and making informed, data backed decisions 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, combined with outstanding project management abilities and impeccable business judgment


Physical Requirements:
  • Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
