Job Description

As a Guardian Security Front Lobby Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in an industrial facility such as warehouses, manufacturing, food processing and more. They provide access control and patrols while remaining visible and display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Shift: Wednesday - Sunday, 10:00PM - 6:00AM

Responsibilities:

  • You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make
  • Greeting and assisting visitors, personnel, and customers in a calm and professional manner
  • Answering calls in a timely manner, taking messages and relaying accurately to appropriate individuals
  • Comfortable utilizing Microsoft Teams as a method of communication
  • Required - Bilingual, Fluent in English and Spanish, speaking, writing, reading
  • Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
  • Ability to exert up to 15 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
  • Assist with uniform returns and maintaining a clean, organized lobby and training room
  • Collaborating with the HR department with uniform returns
  • Collaborating with the Recruiting department with candidate applications and backgrounds
  • Assist the Senior Leadership with projects

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have a reliable vehicle.

  • Good customer service skills

  • Must have a security License.

  • Computer Knowledge skills
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
