Primary responsibilities:

  •      Design and deliver Plan It’s long-term strategic vision to unlock incremental top-line and bottom-line growth
  •      Define and execute product roadmap that promotes Plan It’s strategic vision
  •      Structure analytic insights to identify new growth opportunities
  •      Gather customer research and industry insights and integrate learnings into strategic priorities
  •      Lead and collaborate with several internal partners, such as New Product Development, Risk, Legal & Compliance, Pricing, Technology etc.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record handling complexity in large multi-workstream initiatives and translating business and customer needs into strategic roadmaps
  • Previous experience in structuring and delivering data-based insights
  • Excels in a highly matrixed organization, capable of influencing and building internal alignment across lines of business and support groups
  • Provides strategic thought leadership to develop and iterate the product roadmap and backlog
  • Self-motivated with ability to lead multiple project priorities
  • Deeply inquisitive, enjoys problem solving, has strong attention to detail and a can-do demeanor
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience plus 4+ years of total experience.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
