Job Description

  • Active participation in the implementation of a new CRM system
  • Responsibility for the strategic and operational development of our CRM system in the sales sector
  • Requirements analysis and definition of new functions and system processes to improve usability and efficiency
  • Acting as an interface between departments and IT to ensure optimal use of the CRM system
  • Conducting training sessions and providing support for internal CRM users
  • Creating and maintaining documentation
  • Optimizing data structures, reporting, and automation processes
  • Supporting international rollouts and adapting the CRM system to local requirements

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience with CRM systems is desirable
  • Technical affinity and analytical thinking skills for optimizing system processes
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and CRM process automation
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex topics in an understandable way
  • Fluent German and English skills

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): € 3.900  to € 5.000.
