Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.Atlassian is looking for a demand generation professional to join our team as a Principal Demand Generation Strategist, Jira Align to help drive end-to-end campaigns and increase demand for our Jira Align business. Your role will be to build and execute the B2B demand generation strategy, working alongside sales, product marketing, and other internal teams. If you get excited about building and launching new businesses by partnering with teams across Atlassian, you'll love it here.ResponsibilitiesIn this role you'll get to:• Drive the Jira Align business from strategy to execution & delivery with a creative, out-of-box approach to demand generation• Manage macro and micro-segmentation to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and conversion.• Facilitate campaign success by building solid distribution strategies and execute on operational processes to launch, measure, and adjust campaigns.• Own awareness, adoption, and retention campaigns and closely partner with fellow demand generation experts and product marketers to ensure proper messaging and execution across multiple channels (paid, organic, owned, web).• Support the Product Marketing team with new features and product launches and translate business goals into demand-generation strategies and execution plans.• Understand Atlassian's products and customer journeys and how to market and engage our key targets and personas successfully.• Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to marketing and sales leadership.• Deliver analysis and develop strategic business recommendations to improve/accelerate demand to leadership team• Drive tight alignment with Sales and Product Marketing to ensure seamless execution and meet quarterly pipeline goals.• Partner with Analytics and Performance marketing teams to develop a measurement framework.• Leverage marketing automation tools and related technology integrations to increase demand.QualificationsQualificationsWe are looking for a senior marketer who thinks outside of the box with a creative slant and creates delightful customer experiences and campaigns to reach our target audiences. You thrive in funnel analytics and understand how to create pipeline via marketing programs and channels. You love the science of marketing as much as the art and enjoy building, implementing and measuring new systems, processes and campaigns. You will work with world-class product teams and new emerging businesses within Atlassian.CompensationAt Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:Zone A: $173,300 - $231,000Zone B: $155,900 - $207,900Zone C: $143,800 - $191,700This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.Please visit go.atlassian.com/payzones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones.
