Due to Growth, Blinds and More is searching for a Window Treatment Sales Manager to join their team, in the Williamsburg, VA area to serve the Peninsula and Gloucester .


If you are a passionate Sales professional with proven experience generating, closing and retaining business and experience with interior design then Blinds and More wants to hear from you!


This opportunity is also well suited for an interior design professional interested in beginning a sales career.

Experience in measuring for installation of window treatments, windows, cabinets, or counters is a plus!

You will help households customize their spaces in the peninsula and Gloucester areas developing and expanding the book of business. You will be the key part of driving sales and exposure of window treatment products including blinds, shades, draperies and more. After each sale you will be furthering your client relationship acting as the project manager and ensuring your customer’s product is delivered and installed on time. Developing and maintaining good relationships with your clients is key to the success, strength and drive of new and existing business opportunities.
