Assistant Banquet Director

As an Assistant Banquet Director, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of banquet operations, including advertising, sales, planning, and executing events. Additionally, you'll coordinate with clients, supervise banquet staff, and monitor the quality of food and service throughout the events.

To be considered for the Assistant Banquet Director role, you need at least 3 years of banquet manager experience, preferably in a hotel or resort environment. Strong leadership skills and the ability to adapt to a 6-month travel rotation are also essential.

The Assistant Banquet Director position involves 100% travel with a six-month rotation, allowing you to work at multiple locations. All travel costs, one meal per day, and lodging arrangements will be covered by the company.

The pay for the Assistant Banquet Director position is set at $29 per hour, and you can earn overtime pay as well. The company also covers travel expenses, lodging, and meal allowances during your assignment.

In this role, you will utilize the Lightspeed POS system for order processing and payment transactions, ensuring efficient and accurate management of banquet operations.
