Technical Project Manager
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and key deliverables.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure seamless delivery.
- Drive technical discussions and bridge communication gaps between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in financial technology projects.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for leadership visibility.
- Coordinate third-party vendors, partners, and technology providers when required.
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Project Management Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably within the finance or FinTech sector.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with APIs, cloud technologies, software development methodologies, and system architectures in financial applications.
- Methodologies:
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.
- Tools & Technologies:
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Regulatory Knowledge:
- Understanding of financial regulations such as PCI-DSS, GDPR, PSD2, or Open Banking frameworks is a plus.
- Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive proactive solutions.
