Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Frontend Web & Mobile Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for building user-friendly, responsive, and performant web and mobile applications using React.js and React Native. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience to gain hands-on experience in modern frontend development, responsive UI design, and mobile-first applications.

You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to develop engaging web and mobile experiences while learning industry best practices.

Essential Functions

Develop and maintain responsive web and mobile applications using React.js and React Native.
Implement mobile-first, adaptive, and responsive UI designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional applications.
Work with RESTful APIs and GraphQL to fetch and display data in applications.
Ensure applications are optimized for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Assist in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting frontend issues.
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews and learn from senior engineers.
Stay up to date with modern frontend development trends, tools, and best practices.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with React.js for web development and/or React Native for mobile applications.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS (Flexbox, Grid), JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript (preferred).
Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles for web and mobile applications.
Knowledge of state management (React Context, Redux, or similar).
Basic understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming
Experience using CSS frameworks (Material-UI).
Familiarity with version control (Git, GitHub).
Understanding of basic UI/UX principles and best practices.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative, Agile team environment.

Special Work Conditions

Sedentary – Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Some positions may entail exerting up to 15 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, or pull.

Compensation is commensurate with various factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, training, licensure, certifications, geographic cost of labor, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation range for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. The compensation range for this position is: $120,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year.
