Job Description

A UI Designer who will be responsible for creating compelling, consistent and highly usable experiences. This position offers a broad range of design challenges in both web and mobile.  
 

What you will do...  

  • Collaborate with product teams and fellow designers to create and improve applications.  
  • Define user needs and translate business requirements into effective interactive experiences.  
  • Design wireframes and interactive prototypes for web, desktop, mobile and other devices.  
  • Take on difficult design challenges such as visualization of complex data, rich interactivity in a domain dominated by tables and spreadsheets.  
  • Drive common look and feel across different product portfolios.  
  • Participate in user research and usability evaluation.  
  • In this highly collaborative, lightning-fast agile environment - you will act as an advocate for both user needs and business needs.  

 

    Qualifications

    What you bring... 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline. 
    • Working experience with one or more wire-framing tools. 
    • Willingness to share knowledge and ideas with your co-workers. 
    • Experience designing modular front-end components and building advanced web experiences 
    • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and how to create intuitive designs that guide the user. 
    • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills 
    • Experience with design/prototyping tools like Figma, OmniGraffle, Adobe XD Keynote, and PowerPoint or equivalent.
    • Web design experience is a bonus. Include a link or pdf of your portfolio, along with your resume. 
    • Experience in user research and usability testing or excellent visual design skills will be a plus.
