Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field or equivalent experience. 6+ years of vendor and/or provider contract negotiations, contract analysis and/or modeling experience in health care or similar industry. Experience negotiating contracts with successful outcomes and measurable financial results. Experience with presenting and communicating negotiation strategies and results at senior levels. Experience with health care provider negotiations for Government programs preferred.
This position is remote within the United States with required travel as needed for provider meetings.
Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per yearCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
